Castilla y Leon Parliament Square
This square has been named after the spectacular modern building of the Castilla y León Parliament. It was given this name on 4th June 2007 by means of a decree. It is located in the Villa del Prado neighbourhood. The entry and exit doors come out onto Salamanca Avenue. It has, among other things, many areas with grass and plants and games for children. It is distributed in a particular way, communicating both sides of the square with bridges. In one corner there is a colourful sculpture made by Cristobal Gabarrón. There are also panels with symbols of the nine provinces of our region and the names of their main towns.
