In 1968, the Casa-Museo Colón (Columbus House-Museum) was built, seeking a typical 16th century appearance. It is Gothic-Elizabethan style building reproducing a historical inn and the "Palace of the Admiral" located in the Dominican Republic, property of Diego Colombus.
