The house conserves three palatial elements: Hallway, patio and cloistered staircase. The constructive quality of the masonry facade is remarkable, highlighting the distribution of the hollows and windows. Although it was owned by the family Fuentenueva de Arenzana in the 18th century, his original owner is unknown. Judging by the type of construction, the facade and courtyard date back from the second half of the 16th century. It was declared a National Monument in 1997. Currently it is restored and serves as a dwelling.
